What Wendy Chong Means
You are very charming… dangerously so.    You have the potential to break a lot of hearts. You know how what you want, how to get it, and that you will get it.You have the power to rule the world. Let’s hope you’re a benevolent dictator!   You are friendly, charming, and warm. You get along with almost everyone. You work hard not to rock the boat. Your easy going attitude brings people together. At times, you can be a little flaky and irresponsible. But for the important things, you pull it together. You are very intuitive and wise. You understand the world better than most people. You also have a very active imagination. You often get carried away with your thoughts. You are prone to a little paranoia and jealousy. You sometimes go overboard in interpreting signals. You are balanced, orderly, and organized. You like your ducks in a row.You are powerful and competent, especially in the workplace. People can see you as stubborn and headstrong. You definitely have a dominant personality. You are a free spirit, and you resent anyone who tries to fence you in.You are unpredictable, adventurous, and always a little surprising. You may miss out by not settling down, but you’re too busy having fun to care. You are very open. You communicate well, and you connect with other people easily. You are a naturally creative person. Ideas just flow from your mind.A true chameleon, you are many things at different points in your life. You are very adaptable. You are truly an original person. You have amazing ideas, and the power to carry them out.Success comes rather easily for you… especially in business and academia. Some people find you to be selfish and a bit overbearing. You’re a strong person. You are well rounded, with a complete perspective on life. You are solid and dependable. You are loyal, and people can count on you.At times, you can be a bit too serious. You tend to put too much pressure on yourself. You are deeply philosophical and thoughtful. You tend to analyze every aspect of your life. You are intuitive, brilliant, and quite introverted. You value your time alone.Often times, you are grumpy with other people. You don’t appreciate them trying to interfere in your affairs.

Life has been pretty hectic recently.Tons of murderous project deadlines, with hefty tutorials do cause a mild nervous breakdown.Project and presentation are commonly been an item.Hence, I am not spared from all the tongue tied session presenting. I do think that we may be working more than or equal hours as a working adult.Flexible timetable, yes I do.Many of the free times are filled with assignments, projects, tutorials, CCA, and probably, driving lesson.Starting my part time job is the UP-SIZE challenge to me.IF I am given more than 24 hours a day…….

The rejoice

  1. NAPFA has finally been over.
  2. First week of AFA project is done.
  3. I have decided (not planning), but decided, to put all tearful and fearful thoughts and dreams behind me. And I have already started on this.
  4. Love Tiffany, Sin, and May. Countless laughter brought to me drove my sadness away.
  5. Sin’s birthday was a success. At least she is as OLD as me. YongWei drove all of us home which took me 2 hours from Causeway Point to my home. Haha. We kept detouring as we were lost in the Singapore maze.
  6. The surgery date for my gum has been confirmed, 20th December 2007.

The disparage I distress.

  1. Was angry with myself for NAPFA for not running 5seconds faster. There goes my Gold award. Down the drain.
  2. 2 more weeks of AFA presentations cause sickness towards financial statements.
  3. I keep procrastinating in booking my next driving lesson. I am just so busy that I couldn’t find a timing to book with my instructor.
  4. The confirmed surgery date is 5 days BEFORE CHRISTMAS! Rather it will be on Hari Raya Haji!
  5. I am UBER behind time with my schoolwork. I have only attended few lectures!
  6. I miss and dislike him at the same time.

Every folly moment of actRings a bell to my senses. Every connection breakdownsTwinge my heart a hundredfold.Every analogy we shareKept my soul exhilarated.Every conviction you drawAmplify my gutsy characterAnticipation for the time is so so brawl that takes me down to the ground.Greater harm it has on me than what I foresee.I truly digress this to be part of my life chapter.

Had my 2nd Practical driving today. Man, it was so thrilling and fun. Learned reversing. Basically, it just moved in the opposite direction, and I think blind spot is almost everywhere!School has been cruising for 3 weeks and I am getting tired of Lectures already. As expected, only the first week of tutorials were completed. Gosh! Really need to pull up my socks in terms of academic. Here are some of the photos took while we skipped lecture, in the Board Game Room.

The engrossed face Derrick can get in the midst of the game.
This game is super cranky. It was so hilarious. And all the cards showing the number 5 indicates all of us have the same perception for our dear friend, Kok Rui. Associated food if you wonder what it was.
This is the Question:Imagine KokKok Rui could travel in a time machine, which event would he choose…Answer all have chose in cohesion: Next Year’s Kentucky Derby. How terrible can we get. Tsk tsk.
Yet another game, “Game of Life”? Jeremy was simply stressed. Good for him. He ought to move his brain.

///Got bored with lectures always turn out to be self entertainment amongst friends. Here are some warp shots took just this afternoon. Hilarious rate : Insanity High.//And here are some random shots

Illusion of our Middle Finger

What is she trying to inmate?

Assessment in our WISP Class. It’s a Rhino and his quirky shelter. Stop Laughing at him!

All have been well and great =DShalom.

Their Fruit Vendor selling fruits: Mos t of them sell what their backyard could prosper. This is ChengDu’s Orchard Road. And Yes, they do have their Rickshaw. It’s so much cheaper compared to $40 ride you could get in Singapore. Like Taiwan, China has lots of small eatery stall. This is one of their famous barbecued meat. It is one luxury in other parts of China too. This is an overview of their Orchard Road. It’s name Chun Xi Road.
After shopping awhile, we get a bit distracted. And so, we decided to post together with the “Plastic” Model. It’s pretty cool to have such human statue out of nowhere. The first shot me and my parents took at some restaurant .This is called .. forget it. Don’t remember. It’s a White Bull . This is how the people at highlands earn extra or main income. That is to target tourists like us. The bull is nice and strong. Just a sit on their back cost s$1. Cheap huh. The fuller version of the White Cow.The agriculture of one household can be as large as 2 football field. Trust me. From far, all looks the same like this.
Well, like I said, Scenery is the core of the trip. Waterfall!! Awesome.Decided to take a photo at a busy bridge. So I looked elsewhere but the crowds buzzing behind the camera woman.
Check out the color of the lake . It’s so incredible how the nature can create that. The “model” of how a Tibetan Home are structured. Most or all Tibetan believe is Lama . That’s their religion . Their faith is way beyond our imagination. Look at the dress code of the locals. That’s common. When one gets bored photographing, this is what they can opt for. The mistiness shocks me. And it’s cold. The Alley of their Village
The classroom of the village kids. It’s so rundown and small. But they are as contented as when I got myself a new Guess wallet.A super short Video about their Shops. It was meant to be a photo. -__-”

Went to their Famous JIN SHA musical show. This is their Lead Singer and Actor. He is seriously tall. I wore boots and I tip toed, but he’s still a head taller. Panda is a treasure for China due to their quick depletion of population. Reason: They love to be alone, and hence, make out at e least possibility. Left of me: Tour Leader from Singapore

October 16, 2007

Felt invigorated after having an 8 days holiday out of Singapore. Went to the highlands of China and had a great experience. The lifestyle and culture I was exposed to left a deep impression in me. The most significant was the Tibetan. They lived high up at the mountains where the oxygen supply was miserable to a great altitude, weather was arctic, and their outfit is as imagined. Yes, more or less the traditional kind. The memory captured was overloaded that it will take me to start on an essay or article to depict all in words. In short, the journey was experiencing and full of amazementHere are some of the things that give me a second thought:

  1. Food. They adore saltiness, oily and spicy food. They are not to my taste buds, but still I managed to salvage my hunger there.
  2. Language. Chinese may be their core communication, but the tone and frequency they are going freaks me out. What’s more? My Chinese is not up to standard. And yes, English, ought to be taught MORE.
  3. Hygiene. Especially the TOILETS. I dare mention most that went to China for holiday will comment on their ORIGINALITY of their toilet. It’s a true village life. Fresh aroma with no doors.
  4. People. When it comes to population outburst, China can never lose. Their land is significant enough to be seen on the map, but their population is seriously the monster blood sucker man. Just one province (6 provinces in all) consists of 12 million people! The whole of China has 13 Trillion souls. Damn, how many does Singapore has? Tsk tsk. Their birth control has still a long way to go to curb this problem.
  5. Cars. If you think Singapore has lots of cars, say multiply by 5? That’s the car quantity.
  6. Character and Appearance. There are lots of pretty ladies and handsome dudes. But most of them are quite rotten inside. Example: They will pushed you knowingly, but hack it. Or shoved you from the front all the way to the back.

Everything went well, and damn, fell sick on my last 2 days. All thanks to the smelly bean curd I ate over there. Upon the arrival at Singapore Airport on Monday morning, went to DFS shop for some shopping. I bought Jack Daniel and Chivas for myself. I supposed the Choya was to be shared? Hmmm…..

Landed not long after I have to attend my first lesson after 9 months of non-school life, of which the last 3 months are holiday. Hard to tune it back to the frequency man.Thank God that I enjoyed the IS. World Issue is a nice module. And designing promotional material is truly one course I love. It’s more to my interest and something I find myself to be good at. It is challenging as there are lots of mass commy. But still, I believe in what I can do.And yes, Lectures are cool for me. But the modules are taxing. I seriously not out to be an Accountant. God, I need more anointing.

Shall post the photos some time later…

Adios
